CNC cutting & designing

Computer Numerical Control, the precision of computer control ensures that patterns are cut out perfectly according to vector drawings. We can offer this technique for different materials:

CAD + CAM design & manufacturing

Computer-aided design, is a manufacturing process that allows us to digitally create 2D drawings or 3D models of future products.

Embossing

Embossing ,is a technique in which images and patterns are created on the surface of a product through the application of heat and pressure.

Compression Moulding

Compression moulding, is a process for the manufacturing of three-dimensional moulded foam and foam composite parts. This process allows us to seal and cut the final part in one operation.

Embroidery

Embroidery, art of decorating material, primarily textile fabric, by means of a needle and thread (and sometimes fine wire).

Fabric welding

Adhesive bonding, conventional thermal (e.g., hot air and heated tool) welding, and advanced thermal (e.g., ultrasonic or laser) welding.

Injection moulding

Injection molding, is a process in which a thermoplastic polymer is heated above its melting point, resulting in the conversion of the solid polymer to a molten fluid with a reasonably low viscosity

Screen printing

Traditionally known as silkscreen printing, this wet printing process is used to apply graphics to flat surfaces. It can be used on a variety of fabrics.

Webbing production

Webbing, is now usually made of fibers including strands of nylon or polyester woven on a loom to create flat strips mainly used in harnesses and bags.
